allthe7s is an interactive, age-gated diary experience that invites you to reflect on your life journey across seven-year intervals. Inspired by the legendary 7Up documentary series, it asks you to pause at ages 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63 and 70, answering thoughtful prompts about your dreams, your mistakes, your feelings about love and work, and the road ahead. The result is a living, private archive of who you were at each turning point — words and photographs you can return to years later and recognise the person you have become.

The experience is built for adults who want to make sense of their own story. Because the questions ask you to look back on your whole life, allthe7s is age-gated to 18 and over. The age-7 chapter is free for everyone; each chapter that follows can be unlocked individually, or opened all at once with a lifetime purchase. A personal Daily Diary add-on captures the everyday moments between each seven-year chapter, with text and photos.

allthe7s is built by a small, independent team who believe that reflection is worth keeping. Every chapter is private by default and only you can read it — you may choose to share a single chapter publicly, but nothing is ever shared without your decision.
